The Rise of Snack Noodles with Lauryn Bodden of S'NOODS
The story behind everyone's favorite snack noodles, summer wardrobe, marinated citrus, and so many fun summer snacks
I am thrilled to welcome Lauryn, founder of S’NOODS, to the podcast! I’ve admired her leap into being a CPG brand owner for awhile now. It was so great to hear her story and learn more about her brand. Such a great listen <3
About Lauryn:
Lauryn Bodden is the founder of S’NOODS, the first chef-driven, globally-inspired noodle chip brand on the market. Conceptualized after winning Netflix’s cooking competition show Snack vs Chef in 2022, Bodden officially launched S’NOODS in February 2024. S’NOODS is focused on introducing bold flavors in a better-for-you way, while also keeping sustainability and nutrition top of mind. Lauryn has tapped into her incredibly vast culinary experience working across food media and kitchens around the world to help make her dream of snacking on noodles into an actual reality. In addition to running S’NOODS, Bodden is a private chef for Sailing Collective.
Most recently, Lauryn was a food editor at The Spruce Eats and developed recipes for media publications including AllRecipes, Delish, and Simply Recipes. She also worked as a food editor and head food stylist for Martha Stewart’s meal prep business Marley Spoon. Lauryn is proud to have been an executive and culinary assistant to Gail Simmons and got her start as a line cook at beloved farm-to-table restaurant Hearth in New York City. She sharpened her culinary skills by attending the Institute of Culinary Education. Bodden received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Bachelor of Science in Sport Management at Southern Methodist University, playing Division I soccer. She grew up in Southern Florida and currently resides in New York City.
