Cheddar Seeded Crackers

Ingredients
¾ cup raw sunflower seeds
½ cup flaxseeds
½ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup chia seeds
½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
½ cup Farmer Foodie Cheddar Cashew Parm
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
½ tsp salt
1 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, oats, Cheddar Cashew Parm, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
Add liquids: Pour in water and olive oil. Stir until everything is evenly coated and the mixture starts to gel slightly.
Spread & flatten: Transfer to the baking sheet and spread into a thin, even layer (about ⅛–¼ inch thick).
Score (optional): Lightly score into cracker-sized squares if you prefer clean edges.
Bake: Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, carefully flip, and bake for another 10 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Cool & break: Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
Store: Keep in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
