Cream Soda Espresso with Cold Foam
This indulgent espresso drink blends bold espresso with sweet vanilla cream soda, topped with a rich and velvety cold foam.
Cream Soda Espresso with Cold Foam


Ingredients:
2 shots of espresso (or 4 oz strong brewed coffee)
½ cup vanilla cream soda
¼ cup heavy cream
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp simple syrup (optional)
Ice
¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Whisk or froth the heavy cream until light and airy. Set aside.
Brew 2 shots of espresso and let them cool slightly.
Fill a glass with ice, pour in the vanilla cream soda, then slowly add the espresso.
Spoon or pour the cold foam over the drink for a creamy finish.
Stir before sipping for a perfectly blended, bubbly, and rich espresso treat!
