Creamy, tangy labneh paired with briny whole olives and crisp, flavorful crackers create effortless, elegant bites perfect for any gathering
Labneh & Olive Party Bites


Ingredients (makes ~24 bites)
8 oz Bezi Labneh (Plain or Red Pepper)
1 box Firehook Crackers (Garlic Thyme or Sea Salt)
24 Freestyle Olives, pitted but whole (Green, Kalamata, or a mix)
Extra virgin olive oil
Lemon zest
Fresh parsley leaves
Flaky sea salt (optional)
Assembly
Lay out your Firehook crackers on a large platter or board.
Dollop a spoonful of Bezi labneh onto each cracker—about 1 teaspoon per bite. Use the back of the spoon to create a soft swoop.
Drizzle each dollop with a touch of olive oil and a pinch of lemon zest.
Place one whole Freestyle olive on top of each cracker.
Garnish with a small parsley leaf and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, if using.
How to Style
Focal Point: Place a small bowl of labneh in the center of the board, topped with a swirl of olive oil and a few whole olives for dipping.
Cracker Flow: Arrange Firehook crackers in small clusters or fan shapes around the center bowl.
Bite Display: Lay out pre-assembled bites in groups around the edges, or stack them neatly on a separate tray for easy grabbing.
Color Contrast: Tuck in lemon wedges, extra parsley sprigs, and small bowls of Freestyle olives in between for color and texture.
Serving Tip: Add cocktail napkins and small plates nearby—these are made to be picked up and enjoyed in one perfect bite.
