Low Visibility aka London Smog

Ingredients
Earl Grey Syrup
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 Earl Grey tea bags
Earl Grey Infused Milk
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 Earl Grey tea bag
For the London Smog
1 shot espresso
1/2 cup Earl Grey infused milk
1 tablespoon Earl Grey syrup (adjust to taste)
Instructions
Make the Earl Grey Syrup:
In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Add the tea bags and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for another 10 minutes.
Discard the tea bags and transfer the syrup to a jar or bottle. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
2. Infuse the Milk:
Heat the milk gently in a small saucepan over low heat until warm, but not boiling.
Add the tea bag and steep for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the tea bag and froth the milk using a milk frother, whisk, or immersion blender for a creamy texture.
3. Assemble the London Smog:
Brew a shot of espresso and pour it into a mug.
Stir in the Earl Grey syrup.
Top with the frothed Earl Grey infused milk.
Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or lavender if desired.
