Passionfruit Jelly Matcha
A refreshing layered drink with tangy passionfruit gelee, creamy oat milk, and matcha.
Matcha with Passionfruit Gelee and Oat Milk
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Gelee Gelee Passionfruit Gelee
2-3 tsp matcha powder
60g oat milk
½ cup ice cubes
½ cup oat milk
1 tsp honey or simple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
1. Assemble the Passionfruit Layer
Prepare the passionfruit gelee according to package instructions and pour into your serving glass to set up in the fridge.
2. Prepare the Matcha
Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to prevent clumps.
Add 60g oat milk and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until frothy.
Sweeten with honey or simple syrup if desired.
3. Build the Drink
Add ice cubes to the glass.
Pour ½ cup oat milk over the gelee.
Gently pour the freshly whisked matcha over the top for a layered effect.
