Prosciutto-Wrapped Guava + Manchego Bites
A sweet-and-savory bite that’s effortlessly elegant and made to pair with something light and fruity
Prosciutto-Wrapped Guava + Manchego Bites

Makes about 20 bites
Ingredients
10 thin slices of prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
20 small cubes of Manchego cheese (about ¾-inch)
20 small spoonfuls or cubes of guava paste (such as Goya or Conchita)
Optional: Fresh mint leaves or arugula for garnish
Toothpicks or cocktail picks for serving
Pairs great with: Strawberry Guava Hiyo
Instructions
Place one cube of Manchego and one piece of guava paste together.
Take a strip of prosciutto and wrap it snugly around the cheese and guava, securing with a toothpick. The prosciutto should overlap just enough to hold everything in place.
For a melty, extra-savory touch, place the bites on a baking sheet and warm in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 4–5 minutes, just until the cheese softens and the prosciutto crisps slightly.
Top with a small mint leaf or tuck in a bit of arugula for a peppery bite. Serve warm or at room temperature. Serve alongside a chilled can of Hiyo's Strawberry Guava for a sweet, sparkling finish.
