Salty Coconut Lime Hydration Elixir
This simple yet effective hydration elixir replenishes electrolytes and keeps you feeling refreshed. Perfect for post-workout recovery, hot summer days, or whenever you need a hydration boost!
Hydration Elixir


Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water
½ cup sparkling water
Juice of 1 fresh lime
⅛ teaspoon Himalayan salt
Ice cubes (optional)
Lime slices and fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a glass or pitcher, combine coconut water, fresh lime juice, and Himalayan salt. Stir until the salt is fully dissolved.
Pour in the sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
Serve over ice and garnish with lime slices and fresh mint if desired.
