Springtime Veg Is Here!
Nomadica, founded by sommelier Kristin Olszewski in 2017, is a California-based wine brand redefining premium, sustainable wines in eco-friendly formats like recycled aluminum cans and boxes.
Happy Tuesday! I was sick for a good portion of last week and after going through that I’ll never take my heath for granted again. It’s been so sunny the past few days and now I’m just waiting for the temperature to match, so I can spend all my time outside.
Aside from being sick, last week was a big week. All of the packaging for a pre-launch brand I got brought onto was finalized. So exciting and so overwhelming! I wish I could share sneak peeks but you’ll see it soon.
We have about a month till the outdoor farmer’s market opens in Columbus and I’m counting down the days till I have to battle someone for the last quart of raspberries!

Two delish recipes for you this week! One being a fab dense bean salad with pasta and lots of veggies. It’s perfect on it’s own, on top of a salad, or enjoyed in a pita.
The second is a jelly matcha…walk with me here…passionfruit jello in the bottom of the glass + mango jelly + ice + oat milk + matcha shot. It is decadent and refreshing.
This week’s podcast guest is Kristin of Nomadica wine! Truly such an interesting conversation about the wine industry and how Nomadica is making a huge splash by using cans to house Italian wine. I’ve been loving their Orange (now at Target in certain states) and Red both chilled in the fridge. Enjoy <3

I mean if that picture doesn’t make your mouth water then I don’t what to tell you! Such a way to dip your toe into pasta salad season and get all your protein.
Have a little fun with your midday matcha! I kept seeing all of the coffee gel videos on my fyp, so I thought I’d give it my own twist. So tangy and refreshing with a similar drinking experience to boba.
Weekly Favorites
I saw this bunny ring on Pinterest and immediately fell in love with it. It’s so simple and dainty. As a certified ring girl I feel I need to add this to my stack to match my bunny tattoo.
A girl can never have too many mugs and this chubby lil striped guy is too perfect for a cortado or cappuccino! No one tell Wes that I’m eyeing more cups when we already have far too many in our kitchen <3
The scent direction of this perfume is woods, crisp, and green with dominant notes of violet leaves, papyrus, leather. I mean…does it get any better than that combo!!
Brightland, my favorite, sent me a nice restock of olive oil the other day. I got a reup of Arise and Aurora and have been reaching for them constantly <3
I cannot stop thinking about this gorgeoussss coffee colored pebbled leather bag. Everything about it is perfect. The slouch, the color, the size…I could go on and on.
My mouth is drooling looking at this recipe for a matcha with salted thai tea cream. It will be my weekend experimental drink.
Love a face oil and to no one’s surprise, the packaging sold me here.
I just saw Bella White in concert and she was absolutely incredible, so it’s to no one’s surprise my favorite songs of the week are:
